CUSTOM T-SHIRT PRINTING
Here at K Factory, we take pride in being your go-to experts in silk screen printing and textile printing for your t-shirts or other clothing items. Whether we are working on minimum-size orders of 20 garments, or big-scale commissions of up to 10,000 pieces, we harness the most advanced screen printing technology in the country to bring every print to life.
Screen printing
Screen printing involves creating special stencils—known as screens—that are each used to apply an individual colour, layer by layer, until the complete and stunning design emerges. This technique, as used by the best and brightest brands in the world, results in a vibrant and crisp finish that wears and washes beautifully.
VINYL / TRANSFER PRINTING
Presenting an alternative option, we also offer vinyl transfer printing for orders under 20 pieces. This sharp and durable printing solution can be applied to most fabrics, making it suitable for not only t-shirts but also jackets, bags, and more. Working from vectored artwork files, this process is ideal for block-colour images, text, logos, and shapes. We use only the highest quality of transfer materials to ensure fantastic finishes every time.
Screen Printing Procedures:
1.
Our pre-production specialists inspect all files and designs to ensure the artwork is satisfactory for a clear printing on the finished product.
2.
A film positive is created by electronically separating each colour in the design onto individual pieces of film.
3.
The film positive images are developed using LED lights into a screen mesh that is used as a stencil for each colour.
4.
The screens are then aligned on a press with ink colours that match the original design. The ink is then pressed through the stencil with a squeegee which prints the design onto the garment colour by colour.
5.
The shirts are then processed with a heat dryer to permanently cure the ink and improve the durability of the imprint.

All of our screen-print orders are submitted to you in an electronic template for approval. We do not print single shirts.
