Leading the team is Krystyna, who draws on 13 years of industry experience, a Master’s Degree in Businesses Administration, and a dedicated passion for all aspects of the print and embroidery field. Bringing an unstoppable energy to the table, Krystyna is always looking for new trends and technologies to assist K Factory in delivering not only excellence but also unbeatable efficiency and outstanding value.
Originally from Poland, Krystyna settled down and started a family in Ireland before turning her eye to entrepreneurship. She worked as a COO for one of the biggest printing companies in the country for over 12 years. Taking inspiration from her big-brand clients and the support of her husband and kids, Krystyna developed her K Factory signature approach—balancing friendly one-to-one service with on-the-pulse expertise. Following on from her experience working with the biggest Irish charities and non-profit organisations, she also takes pride in supporting ethical enterprises and promoting eco-friendly products.
