Return Policy

• Please note we do not offer returns or refunds on customised items unless they are faulty or in case where incorrect products were supplied.
• Items to be returned must be in new condition. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned.
• Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase.
• Shortages need to be notified in writing to hello@kfactory.ie within 24 hours of delivery.
• If incorrect products were supplied, we will arrange collection of items at our cost. Customers must organise the return of items to K Factory for any other reason.

If you wish to return an item, please email hello@kfactory.ie  with the following information:

• Your name
• Invoice number
• List of products and number of items you wish to return
• The reason for returning the item
• Please state if you wish to get a replacement or a refund

Once a decision is made on the acceptance of the returns, our customer care team will email you a Return Authorization Form. Please attach this form to the box and ship your returns to the following address:
